We said so long and farewell to Nate, Michaela and Eliza on Thursday as they headed off on the next stop of their worldwide adventure. The best part of this new life for us has been having all the visitors. When else would we get a chance to spend a week (or 3??) together in a place as fascinating as this? And Marisa loved having a bigger girl to play with, and learned lots of things (all good!) from Eliza. The cats certainly got lots of exercise, as well as the parents. Who is visiting next??
Zoo time, and Eliza meets an elephant. Marisa wanted no part of it.
Nepalis are really into making pictures out of sand for any holiday. This was at an orphanage & organic farm that Miyoko and Michaela went out to visit
Same farm and orphanage. That’s the Indian Ambassador in the background, and Eliza making friends in the foreground
