The time just flew by–how is it our last week in Thailand?! After leaving Chiang Mai, we head to Bangkok for a few days, then to Amsterdam, and finally Boston. We are thrilled to be returning home and eager to reconnect with family/friends and start our new life in the states, but also very sad to see our journey end, and to have to say good-bye to our friends here. Eliza is also going to miss her school so much. And swimming everyday–this girl is a fish.
A few weeks ago we went to a really cool giant puppet show. No so much of a show, really, and more like huge puppets visiting the cool German restaurant/playground/play space, and walking around for a bit scaring/fascinating the kids. Once the show was over, Eliza got to touch the hair and try on the biiiig boots. We’ve also been heading out to a spectacular salt water pool most weekends to meet friends. Perfect activity for these sunny, hot days. And they have Indian-style lime soda, which we got addicted to in Dharamsala.
